Because they do, world setting of Naruto is close to modern era, if you didn't notice, there are televisons, computers, electric lines and what not.
Some reason, there are no guns and other modern era weapons, I wonder why......

There would be no use for guns if there were Jutsus to use as weapons-

I think it's that era where everything is goin to develop that's why there are camera ,computers,electriclines etc but not modern weapons like in the real world first computer,camera, electricline but modern weapons came after all these
